BOOKING

Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail within three working days.  This e-mail confirmation also serves as proof of your booking. 

GOVERNMENT TAXES

This is the sum of the various taxes imposed by the government for, among other things,  water purification, tourist tax and waste disposal.The government tax is € 0.90 per person per night (children till 3 years are for free). 

All stated rates include low-rate VAT of 5.5% in France.  If the current VAT rate differs for the accommodation period, we will reserve the right to charge the difference.

PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

You can pay for your holiday in two instalments. The first instalment must be paid within two weeks of receiving the e-mail confirming your booking. It is equal to 50% of the total  costs (plus the booking fee of € 19.00 and if applicable, insurance premiums).  The second instalment must be paid at least one month before your planned arrival date at the  campsite of your choice. If you book two months before your planned arrival date, we kindly ask you to pay  the whole amount in one go. If the instalments are paid too late, your booking will be cancelled. 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

You can pay by credit card. When you book, fill in your credit card number on the booking form. We will, of course, only charge your card if the booking can be made. You can also pay the 2nd instalment online with your credit card by selecting the option on our website.  The second instalment must be paid at least one month before your planned arrival date.  

CANCELLATION

If, for whatever reason, you have to cancel your booked holiday, you will still have  to pay the amounts listed below: 

Cancellation more than three months before your planned arrival date - 15% of the agreed price;  

between three and two months before your planned arrival date - 50%;

between two months and  one month before your planned arrival date - 75%;

less than one month before your planned  arrival date - 90%; on your planned arrival date - 100%.  

Your payment will be proportionately refunded, after deducting administration costs, if the  pitch can be booked with the written permission of the campsite owner by a third  party you recommend for the same period or part of this period and there is no other pitch  available in that period.

The administration costs are 5% of the agreed price with a minimum of  € 27.50 and a maximum of € 55. We advise you to take our RCN-cancellation insurance. 

CAMPSITE RULES

All guests must abide by the rules of the campsite. Non-observance of the rules can lead to  removal from the campsite with no right to refund of the price of the accommodation or part thereof. 

LIABILITY

The campsite cannot be held liable for: 

* Damage or injury caused as a result of staying at or using the facilities on the campsite

* Facilities being defective and/or out of use 

PETS

Pets are allowed on the campsite (if they are paid for). However, only one pet is allowed per accommodation type or individual camping pitch. 

MOBILE HOME / CHALET

On the day of arrival, you can start using the accommodation you have booked from 3 pm.  On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation before 10 am. All mobile homes and chalets have oneperson duvets and pillows. You must bring your own bed linen. 

CAMPING

On the day of arrival, you can start using the individual camping pitch you have booked from 12 pm.  On the day of departure, you must vacate your campsite before 12 pm.

You may set up the  following on your campsite area: 1 bungalow tent or 1 trailertent or 1 caravan with awning  or 1 camping car. You may also set up a maximum of 2 small tents alongside (max. 5m2). We allow a maximum of 6 persons per pitch (baby and children included). We cannot be held liable whatsoever for any changes or printing errors  regarding dates, rates and specials.
