If you camp at RCN Toppershoedje, then the beach is at a walking distance, and Lake Grevelingen is also nearby. The holiday park itself, located on an old rural estate, is a world itself, completely different, homely with small sheltered camping fields, clay walls and mature fruit trees.

Water sports and recreation

"You can take to the water from an 8 m high ski jump, on skates, skis or by bicycle. Do the ‘water jump’ at Lake Grevelingen."

The beach at Ouddorp is the widest beach in the Netherlands and as long as 25 km, so there is plenty of room for those of you who enjoy beach sailing, surfing, or kite-surfing, among other things.

Kite-surfing clinics and blokart clinics

Toppershoedje organizes clinics for kite-surfing or blokarting, a great way to try out these spectacular sports.

Lake Grevelingen is very near to RCN Toppershoedje on the other side of Ouddorp. This is a water sports paradise in itself, a popular spot for sailors, surfers and divers.

Swimming

Let go of the everyday stresses, with a refreshing plunge in the sea or play with the children in one of the channels when the tide is out. There is lots of water to enjoy, because a long beach also of course means a long coastline.

Lake Grevelingenmeer also offers many attractive recreational beaches, with plenty of opportunity for swimming.

For those of you who like to swim in an indoor pool, there is the subtropical swimming paradise in Stellendam, only a short car journey away.
