What a Gem of a Site to Visit with a Caravan!

Beautiful well kept camping site in a stunning local Area. Great sunsets. Friendly staff, lovely pitch, good toilets and showers and unusually a very good laundry (with Miele machines). Nearly everything was very good. Areas that could do with improvement. The chemical loo emptying area was pretty revolting. Green mouldy floor with weeds coming up. Sluices not cleaned nearly often enough. The pool area is looking a little tired; could do with a new liner, a bigger terrace at some point and the glass surrounds needed a deep clean. Restaurant pizzas a bit basic in toppings but all other food and drinks pretty good.

Great place

Had a great time lovely site would revisit. Just one suggestion to put up some signs by the toilet block pointing to the chemical disposal point.

Perfect Surroundings

Lovely picturesque site right on the beach, saw some stunning sunsets. Facilities were clean and the pitches were a generous size. Would book again if in the area.

The site was excellent, the facilities clean and adequate, plus the staff were really helpful. It was great having direct access to the beach where the sea was clear and calm.

Lovely holiday

Such a lovely holiday. A very well looked after site, by the sea. Our little boy loved the little play park and swimming pool which was well maintained. However our only negative comment was that towards the end of our 10 days, the shower and toilet cubicles weren’t being as well cleaned or as often as when we first arrived.

Excellent

We are a family with three children. We spent some days in a glumping tent. A great solution, very apprecieted by our children. Everything was ok during our stay. Very kind staff, wonderful location, excellent children's play area.

Great park

Excellent facilities and large pitches with electric and ours had water. View of the sea.. disabled fasciitises were very good. Pool cold.

Great time

Kids enjoyed playing football, tennis, basketball. Also the swimming pool was great. Atmosphere was relaxed and staff was very helpful. Overall this was a great holiday .

Fantastic!

We loved it...perfect for our 3 year old who loved the pool, play areas and collecting croissants in the morning. The park was peaceful and well looked after. The staff were very helpful and keen to please. The on site beach is beautiful at sunrise and sunset and the local sandy beaches great to explore.

Lovely

Site was very good. Good sized pitches. Views were outstanding. Facilities lovely and clean. Water always hot enough. Restaurant very good but would like a few more options. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Solid camping experience

Very strong Dutch flavour Lovely staff Clearly an established campsite with regulars Not really for the one nighter nomads such as us Very close together pitches not a huge amount of privacy Good to have a meal and a bar. Pricey though

Quiet and relaxing

Enjoyed the nights at Épine. However a little distant from shops and. Ot easy to walk or cycle far.. it a very clean friendly well equipped site.

Lovely site

Lovely site but our pitch felt too close and overlooked by the wooden cabins. Great view overlooking the sea. We requested partial shade but it was mainly in the shade

Great holiday by the sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We normally try and stay in small sites but decided to opt for a slightly bigger one by the sea with a pool. We were not disappointed and very happy with the facilities including toilet paper and soap! The pool was very welcome as was the restaurant. We enjoyed swimming in the sea and the beach was very quiet. All in all the site was quiet and very peaceful with a good view of the sea.

Wonderful holiday in great location

The campsite is in a wonderful picturesque location with nice beach access and walks. Good spacious pitches with shade where needed. The facilities were excellent, well maintained and kept spotlessly clean. We just wished we had scheduled a longer stay. Will hope to return in the future

A friendly place in a beautiful location

We arrived after hours and the clean room and keys were waiting for us. Yje cabin had everything we needed and we had a nice 3 days. Our girls enjoyed the pool and games and the staff were very helpful.
