Means of payment in the park
If any amount is still outstanding, it must be paid immediately on arrival. You can pay with a Dutch ‘pin’ card or cash. We also accept credit cards at reception. You can also pay for your booking online by iDEAL.
WiFi is free for all devices.
Free booking changes
You can change a booking for free for one of our other parks if it is for the same period and if it is available. Just get in contact with us on 085 0400 700. The only extra costs will be if there is a difference in price. No refunds based on price differences will be made.
If you make a change more than once, or within three days before arrival, there will be a charge of € 35.
If you haven’t taken any cancellation insurance and can’t make use of the accommodation or pitch reserved for you, you will have to pay the following amounts:
Cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the agreed price, more than two months, 50%; more than one month, 75%; within one month before, 90%; and on the day of arrival itself, 100%.
