We realise that you may have lots of questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and a stay at RCN Holiday Parks.

RCN Holiday Parks is following the latest developments closely in respect of the coronavirus and the guidelines of the government and international authorities. The health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. We are following the advice and guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the local health authority very closely so that we always have the correct and most up to date information. We are strictly observing their advice. The guidelines can be found on the website of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment at www.rivm.nl/en.

GENERAL SITUATION

Are all of RCN's holiday parks open?

All of our holiday parks in the Netherlands are open. You can just go on holiday at RCN and especially when you are looking for rest en space, a stay at RCN Holiday Parks in the Netherlands is the perfect choice.


The sanitary buildings at all parks are open. The sanitary buildings are open again and camping is possible without your own sanitary facilities.


France

Our campsites in France, including all facilities, are open. There will be entertainment on the campsites from July 13.

 

What measures has RCN Holiday Parks in the Netherlands taken?

RCN has applied the following measures in accordance with the precautions advised by the government and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment [RIVM]:

  • Information posters will also be placed in various locations. We ask guests to observe these additional instructions.
  • All guests are requested to maintain an appropriate distance from RCN staff and other guests of at least 1,5 metres.
  • The terraces and the brasserie (after reservation) have been reopened at all parks. Until July 1, a maximum number of 30 guests.
  • Swimming pools in the Netherlands have reopened, but with an adapted protocol.
  • The children's play paradise is open again.
  • Recreational activities will be organized again from July 3.
  • Holiday church services will be organized again with a maximum of 100 people.
  • There is a snack bar service with delivery and / or take away at the park.
  • We have given our staff additional instructions with regard to hygiene and extra measures are being applied in respect of cleaning.
  • The only employees at work are those who are in good health.

Camping in the Netherlands

Camping in the Netherlands

The sanitary buildings at all parks are closed until June 15. Until then, camping is only possible on camping pitches with private sanitary facilities or if you are self-sufficient in your sanitary facilities (only cold water taps and chemical toilet disposal site available). After June 15, the sanitary buildings are open again and camping is possible without your own sanitary facilities.

 

 

Adjusted opening hours at our contact center

RCN Holiday Parcs

Due to the many questions, voucher processing and new bookings, we have temporarily changed the telephone opening hours of the Contact Center. This allows us to handle the processing of vouchers, new bookings and emails. The changed times are:

Monday to Friday from 09am to 6pm

on weekends from 10am to 2pm

During these times we can be reached on 085-0400700. Of course you can always send an email to contact@rcn.nl. An answer to your question may take a little longer than you are used to. We kindly ask for your understanding.

I have a voucher

Did you cancel your holiday between March 13 and July 1, 2020? Then you have received a recreation voucher worth the amount already paid. With the voucher you can book a new stay at RCN with arrival date until September 30, 2021. This new stay must be booked no later than 12 months after your original arrival date. Has your holiday already been booked with RCN and do you want to adjust the booking? With us you can rebook once * free of charge to one of our other parks. Please contact us on: 085 0400 700. * Rebooking is possible in the same period and based on availability up to 3 days before arrival. Rebooking is free, with the exception of any additional costs due to the price difference. No refund will be given.
