Health and safety comes first

In the Netherlands, France and Germany

We realise that you may have lots of questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and a stay at RCN Holiday Parks.

RCN Holiday Parks is following the latest developments closely in respect of the coronavirus and the guidelines of the government and international authorities. The health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. We are following the advice and guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and the local health authority very closely so that we always have the correct and most up to date information. We are strictly observing their advice. The guidelines can be found on the website of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.

More flexible cancellation terms & conditions at RCN Holiday Parks

Whether it’s at home or abroad, you really want to finally go on holiday this year, of course, but... you’re worried about making an actual booking because of the current circumstances. We at RCN understand, which is why we have relaxed our cancellation terms & conditions, allowing you to book your holiday without worry.

Travel restrictions
If measures are imposed or changed in the country you’re going to, no problem. RCN is taking account of the circumstances. You can cancel your holiday if the authorities of the country of your destination issue a code orange or red. In all cases, if you have paid for your holiday with a voucher, you will, on cancellation, receive a new one.

Which terms & conditions apply to you?

Carefree booking today

Certain circumstances can be anticipated, of course, which is why we have drawn up five situations and corresponding terms & conditions. See which situation applies to you and read precisely what we are doing to safeguard your holiday.

The relaxed cancellation conditions apply to all RCN parks with the exception of Villapark Sneekermeer. Here our regular cancellation conditions apply.

  • If the colour code of the government travel advice for the Netherlands/France/Germany is yellow or green, but I have to go into quarantine despite a negative PCR test or full vaccination protection on entry, can I cancel free of charge?
No, you can transfer to another RCN park free of charge if it is available.
