A spectacular welcome at RCN to you, the RCN recreation heroes of 2026!
Next season, you will all start working in the recreation teams at one of our French parks. As a good preparation, RCN Holiday Parks organises a Recreation Training Weekend. You will be well prepared for working in a recreation team in a short period of time.
During this enjoyable weekend, you will get to know your other team members and experience for yourself what it is like to be in front of a group and to empathise with a holiday park guest. These interactive training days are both theoretical and practical, preparing you for your side/summer job or internship.

What are we going to do
during the training weekend
- Getting to know your recreation colleagues from all the French RCN Holiday Parks
- Getting to know the RCN mascots Club Sammy
- Learning everything about recreation work at RCN Holiday Parks
- How do you organise & present spectacular shows, bingo or Fun2Dance?
- What do I pay attention to when organising sports and games activities?
- What do we mean by hospitality and how do I deal with common situations?
- You will be given handy ‘tips and tricks’, so that you are well prepared for an amazing season.
- You will receive a complete training provided by very enthusiastic and experienced recreation managers. They have years of experience in recreation work and want to make you just as enthusiastic about it as they are.
