Hospitality Internship

You work where you learn the most. In the kitchen you help with the mise en place, prepare dishes from the RCN menu and keep service running smoothly together with your team. In service you welcome guests in the restaurant or on the terrace, take orders, serve food and drinks and advise on the menu. A combination of both is also possible. You get guidance, room to grow and a team that pulls you through.

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne, the land of a thousand and one castles, surrounded by rolling green valleys and magnolias. The showpiece is Aquapark la Pique, a water park with four swimming pools and three spectacular water slides. Park management speaks Dutch, and together with Dutch and international colleagues from catering, recreation, reception, housekeeping, technical services and green maintenance, you create unforgettable holiday experiences.

The atmosphere on the park is warm and informal. You really do it together, pitch in across teams when needed, and there is always something fun going on. The teams are diverse: you work with Dutch and international colleagues. A real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are following a relevant education in hospitality, kitchen or host/hostess.
• You speak English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a nice bonus.
• Your internship period falls around the summer holidays.

• Internship allowance of € 590 per month for internships longer than two months, for shorter internships an allowance is also negotiable.
• Flexible arrangement of start, duration and hours in consultation with your educational institution.
• Accommodation at the park possible together with colleagues, for extra fun outside working hours too.
• Experience at an accredited learning company in the recreation industry, a strong addition to your CV.
• Daily use of your languages in an international environment, with Dutch-speaking park management.
