Great campsite

Facilities comprehensive, clean, well maintained and serviced. Toilet blocks continuously cleaned and maintained, pitches are large and many with fresh water, waste and electricity. Swimming pool children playground and activities, shop and multi-lingual staff.

Very large camping pitch with water, drainage and electricity. Peaceful site with very friendly and polite staff on hand to help where needed. Pool area adequate but could do with updating. Food at takeaway and bar very good. Close to local amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Very peaceful

The weather was unpredictable and very heavy rain was experienced during our six days here. It meant going to the beach was for viewing and walking only. It would have been lovely to swim and sunbathe! We were allocated a pitch with no one else nearby. Nobody else arrived close to us during our period there. It would have been more helpful to allow us to choose where there was more sunlight as opposed to being under the trees which caused the rain to drip heavily onto us. The chemical disposal point was never cleaned during our time there. There was dried up evidence from previous users which was a horrible distraction. Luckily we were self-sufficient with showers and toilets as there were none close to us. We used the bar and restaurant and enjoyed the meals we had which were reasonably priced. My wife used the pool but I did due to the poor weather. The facilities all around were good and with better weather would have made more of our time. The staff were very courteous and friendly. It is the sort of site we would return to as the points I have made are minor in the scheme of things and are easily resolved.

Camping Holiday

A lovely peaceful campsite, very spacious has all the facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back there again.

Peaceful

Peaceful site with large pitches. Sanitary block could do with some upgrading but were clean. Staff very friendly and polite. Great value for money. Will definitely return.

La ferme du latois

Great place to stay and have been back a number of times. Great surroundings and location with great space and pitches which cannot be beaten. Reception staff not their normal happy selves this year for some reason which was a shame bit did not taint our experience

Fantastic holiday!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the campsite. We found lots of things to do in the area. The kids were able to ride around if they’re bikes and use the playground areas dotted around the campsite.

Sewell

On arrived like most French sites asked to find a pitch and set up. We chose number 200. Excellent over sized pitch. The pool was small for the amount of people at the hight of the season. Lovely restaurant and take away service and kids. All showers were clean and well stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. Quiet and very friendly site.

A great place to stay.

The camp site is lovely. Extremely large pitches. Well maintained facilities. Extremely helpful staff. We all made use of the pool, restaurant and the grandkids used the kids club. All were excellent. The site location is close walk to a lake which has a donkey sanctuary and a lake side restaurant. We drove 25 minutes to a sea side town one day and an aquarium another. Both worth a visit. We spent another day at Puy du Fou which is always worth visiting. Would recommended this camp site and would use RCN in the future.

Fantastic family campsite

Highly recommend this campsite and the RCN campsite. The pitches were so big and the facilities fantastic. Staff were so helpful. Brought activities and entertainment with our bring too much and overbearing.

Restful stay

The mobile home was facing a green area and with enough distance from the mobile homes on either side. A welcome box containing cleaning product was left on the table. The rooms were a good size and well positioned and all necessary for cooking and sleeping were available. A power cut occured the first night and although most mobile homes had recovered the following morning, mine had not and a different mobile home was offered, which was very much appreciated

Pleasant camping

Very peaceful site with large pitches. Staff pleasant and friendly. Good selection of provisions in shop at a reasonable price. Good size pool area. Grounds and bathroom facilities could do with updating but were clean.

Great campsite

Stayed for 5 nights and the pitch is very big and the facilities block immaculate. We had a great Meal in the site restaurant on the last day and it was lovely

Practically perfect

Excellent spacious site. Beautiful quiet countryside location. Safe for children to enjoy some freedom to explore. All facilities you could want, but provided in a low-key, friendly and sympathetic way. Hard to find fault.

A lovely week spent with friends...

We spent a fantastic week with friends in one of your chalets. The pool and facilities were great and the accommodation was spotless. My only complaint was that we needed some better cooking utensils (no corkscrew) and we were unaware that we needed to bring our own bedding - perhaps more could be made of this when booking. Lastly we weren't told when some ingredients were missing from the menu just served dishes with elements missing and was told I couldn't get a white coffee in the cafe as they'd run out of milk even though there was milk in the shop. Despite these minor complaints, our stay was wonderful, staff relaxed, friendly and polite. A lovely, safe, quiet place to be with children. Thank you RCN, I think we'll be back.

Great Family Holiday

A beautiful site in a beautiful part of France. We had a comfort pitch (it was HUGE!), which had plenty of shade throughout the day. The site is well provisioned in terms of its facilities, with plenty of loos, showers etc, which are all cleaned regularly. Excellent take-away pizza from the on-site restaurant, and a reasonably priced shop (with fresh pastry and bread delivered every morning). The RCN team are worth a particular mention - always happy to help and, when we had need of a doctor mid-holiday, the on-site team basically made all the arrangements on our behalf!. Great service and we'll definitely be going back for another holiday.

Geweldige vakantie

Fantastic return to this lovely campsite

Great holiday, great site. Lovely pitch, friendly helpful staff. Love the pool. Pitches are large, plenty of privacy. Great wifi. Loved it. Our second visit and will happily come back again.

Family Holiday

It's our first family Holiday since 2019 and we were really looking forward to it. RCN at Latois did not disappoint in any way. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. The staff and facilities made it easy for this Irish family.
