The terms and conditions at a glance

Of course, you want to fully enjoy your free midweek holiday at RCN, but when can you actually use your Christmas voucher and which accommodation can you choose? Below you will find the terms and conditions, so be sure to apply for your free holiday as soon as possible!

• Valid in 2026 at an RCN Holiday Park in the Netherlands, France or Germany.

• The voucher is personal and therefore not transferable to family or friends.

• The voucher is valid for a midweek stay at one of the RCN holiday parks (a shorter stay is also possible) for a maximum of 8 people.

• As we would like you to experience different RCN parks, it is not permitted to use the voucher for the same park you visited in 2025.

• For bookings at a Dutch park during holiday periods (see the schedule at the bottom of this page), you may book no earlier than one week in advance. Outside these periods, you may book at any time.

• Submit your holiday preferences via the application form (see the button on the right-hand side of this page).

• Your booking is subject to availability. You will receive a response within 5 working days.

• Bookings can only be made via the Front & Back Office using the application form.
• Please always indicate a second and third preference.

• You can choose from almost all accommodation types at a park. However, some accommodation types are excluded. Not bookable all year round:

  • Villas and luxury water homes at RCN de Potten
  • Privately owned bungalows and group accommodations at all parks
  • Apartments at RCN Val de Cantobre and RCN Bastide en Ardèche
  • Apartments and holiday homes at RCN le Moulin de la Pique

   

A last-minute booking for these accommodations at these French parks is possible one week in advance, subject to consultation and approval by the Front & Back Office department.

• Not bookable from June through September:
  • RCN Toppershoedje: Brouwersdam, Stellendam, Havenhoofd and Strandlodge
  • RCN de Schotsman: Bevelander
  • RCN de Flaasbloem: Helsinki
  • RCN het Grote Bos: Sparrenheuvel and Hydepark
  • RCN Zeewolde: Zilverreiger and Zilverreiger with Sauna
  • RCN de Jagerstee: Moeflon
  • RCN de Noordster: Zon
  • RCN de Roggeberg: Putter
  • RCN de Potten: Ynling

 

• The voucher is not valid between 17 July and 1 September 2026. Please also take note of the holiday periods* (see the table at the bottom of this page).

• Your pet may stay free of charge in accommodations where pets are allowed. In France, a maximum of one pet per accommodation is permitted.

• Upon arrival at the park, bed linen packages will be ready for you in the accommodation.

• Final cleaning will be taken care of by your colleagues at the park.

• Preference for a specific accommodation or campsite is free of charge.

• Towel packages, kitchen towel packages and bicycles can be booked for an additional fee.

• After your stay, please share your experience via the feedback form within one week.

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If you did not redeem your 2025 voucher, it expired on 31 December 2025 and cannot be used in 2026.

Excluded periods:

At RCN Belledonne, the following periods are excluded:

• Christmas holidays | 1–4 January 2026*

• Spring holidays | 13 February – 1 March 2026*

• Alpe d’HuZes | 30 May – 5 June 2026

• La Marmotte | 25–28 June 2026

* For bookings during these holiday periods, you may book one week in advance only.

At RCN de Noordster and RCN de Roggeberg, the following period is excluded:

• TT Assen | 18–21 June 2026

At RCN de Schotsman and RCN Laacher See, the following period is excluded:

• Corpus Christi | 4–7 June 2026

At RCN Toppershoedje, the following periods are excluded:

• Easter weekend | 3–5 April 2026
• Pentecost | 22–24 May 2026
• Corpus Christi | 4–7 June 2026
• Concert at Sea | 26–28 June 2026
