Enjoy of the Alpe d'Huez
The Alpe d’Huez form part of the area of the same name, which also includes Vaujany, Oz-en-Oisans and Auris-en-Oisans. The piste is 250 km long offering enough possibilities for novice and even very advanced practitioners of snow sports alike, from long, steep, black pistes to flat, blue ones. But if you prefer cross-country skiing, there are about 50 km of routes spread out over 30 km of blue and 20 km of red routes. There are also approximately 30 km of paths for walkers, mainly along the cross-country ski routes.
The nearest Allemont gondola ski lift is just 10 minutes from the camping site.
