How do I redeem the stamp card that goes with the RCN Discount Card?

You can indicate if you want to redeem a stamp card and how many stamps you have in the section for remarks underneath at the ‘personal details’ step. The discount will be shown in the final confirmation that the park sends you. The stamp card itself must be submitted on arrival at the park.


Please note: Stamp cards will not be accepted after 2021 due to the discontinuation of the RCN Discount Card.


My promotional code/discount hasn’t been applied to my booking. What’s wrong?

It might be because the booking isn’t for the period covered by the special offer. You can check this in the terms and conditions of the offer.

I’m not staying at the park, but can I still make use of the facilities?

You can make use of the brasserie in RCN Holiday Parks without actually staying in the park, but you cannot make use of the other facilities.


It is, however, advisable to get in touch with our Contact Centre on 085 0400 700 to check beforehand. You cannot make use of the swimming pools and/or lakes due to the total permitted number of people.

I’m interested in a whole-season pitch. What are the options?

Everyone wants to hang on to that holiday feeling for as long as possible, of course. You can do that at RCN with a whole-season pitch. Whole-season pitches can be booked in the most beautiful parts of the Netherlands.


If the whole year is too long for you, you can also book a pitch for a shorter period, like just for the spring or the autumn or eight weeks in high season. For more information, see here.
