What time can I check in and out?


You can occupy your pitch from 1 pm. Standard pitches should be vacated by 12 pm. Pitches with private toilet facilities should be vacated by 11 am.



You can check into accommodation after 3 pm. On the day of departure, you should vacate the accommodation before 10 am.

Is there an overview of what I still have to pay?

You can see an overview of outstanding payments by logging in to the MyRCN area. If you select your booking and then your payments, you can see which amount is still outstanding. You can then easily make payment by iDEAL or credit card.

The payment that I thought I’d just made doesn’t seem to have gone through. What can I do?

If you can see the payment in your MyRCN area, then it has gone through and no further action is necessary.

Can I pay on arrival at the park?

Only if you book less than two days before arrival, otherwise you just pay by iDEAL.

I’m not staying at the park, but can I still make use of the facilities?

You can make use of the brasserie in RCN Holiday Parks without actually staying in the park, but you cannot make use of the other facilities.


It is, however, advisable to get in touch with our Contact Centre on 085 0400 700 to check beforehand. You cannot make use of the swimming pools and/or lakes due to the total permitted number of people.
