Frequently asked questions

Can I still book a stay at RCN on the day of arrival?
Yes, a last-minute booking on the day of arrival is possible, but always by arrangement. Online reservations for the same day are not possible; in that case please contact us by phone contact.
For accommodations (and pitches with private sanitary facilities) we first check whether everything can still be prepared in time. Camping pitches are usually bookable immediately.
Are you arriving outside opening hours? Make sure you have paid online in advance. After receipt of payment the park will prepare the key for you and you will receive the check-in instructions.
How does checking out at RCN work and what do I need to do when leaving?
The check-out time is stated in your booking confirmation. Guidelines are:
Upon departure, leave your accommodation tidy. In accommodations you will find a flyer with the exact instructions. This usually includes, among other things, tidying up, washing the dishes, taking out the rubbish and returning the key to reception (or placing it in the mailbox outside opening hours).
If you have not booked the final cleaning (in France), you must clean the accommodation yourself.
How does camping with the ANWB Campingkey or CampingCard ACSI work at RCN?
With the ANWB Campingkey Europe or CampingCard ACSI you can camp affordably at RCN from €19,- per night (excl. tourist tax). This rate applies to a standard pitch including 2 people, 1 pet, electricity and 1 car. Regular rates apply for additional persons.
You can use this rate by showing your card upon arrival at the campsite. Advance reservations can be made by phone at 085 0400 700. The offer is valid at all RCN campsites in the Netherlands (except RCN Toppershoedje), France and Germany. Read here for more about the validity periods at our campsites.
