What can I add to my reservation?
At many of our holiday parks it is possible to book extras, such as towels, a bed-making service or a baby cot or high chair. The selection may vary per park. You can easily add available extras when making your booking via the MijnRCN app or by contacting us. A cancellation insurance policy can be added up to a maximum of 10 days after your booking.

Do I need to bring sheets or towels to my accommodation?
For a stay in accommodation* at a Dutch holiday park, sheets are included for guests aged 3 years and older. You can find this on your booking confirmation under ‘free sheet package’.
At our French holiday parks, sheets are not included. You can easily add sheets, towels and other extras via the Mijn RCN App. Of course you can also bring your own bedding and towels.
*Except for camping and tent accommodations without sanitation.

How can I change my address details?
You can simply enter your new address details while making your online booking. As long as the combination of your last name and email address matches what we have on file, the address will be automatically updated in your guest record. You can also easily change the address details in My RCN under 'My details'.
