What time can I check in and out?


You can occupy your pitch from 1 pm. Standard pitches should be vacated by 12 pm. Pitches with private toilet facilities should be vacated by 11 am.



You can check into accommodation after 3 pm. On the day of departure, you should vacate the accommodation before 10 am.

When and how can I pay?

You can pay by iDEAL, credit card or invoice. If you book more than six weeks in advance, you can pay in two installments. The first installment must be paid within two weeks of the booking. The second installment must be paid at least four weeks before arrival. If you book less than six weeks in advance, you pay the full amount in one installment.

What sort of swimming trunks are allowed?

Boxer-style and longer and/or baggy swimming trunks are not allowed in French camping sites due to general hygiene regulations. Tight-fitting swimming trunks are permitted, however, as are brief swimming trunks.

Can I check in earlier and/or check out later?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to check in earlier, but if you want to check out later, ask at reception on arrival and they will explain the options for booking an extra half-day. Booking a half-day is subject to availability and can only be done towards the end of your stay.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours. To amend your booking, get in touch with the Contact Centre at contact@rcn.nl or on at 085 085 700. After 48 hours, the terms and conditions of the Dutch association for the water sport and recreation industry (RECRON) apply.
