Assistent horecamanager

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the department. You will be actively involved on the floor, keep an overview of operations and work with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne, the land of a thousand and one castles, surrounded by rolling green valleys and magnolias. The showpiece is Aquapark la Pique, a water park with four swimming pools and three spectacular water slides. Park management speaks Dutch. 

The atmosphere on the park is warm and informal. You really do it together, pitch in across teams when needed, and there is always something fun going on. The teams are diverse: you work with Dutch and international colleagues. A real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, keeping an overview and supporting colleagues. You feel at home in hospitality and understand that a great guest experience starts with a team that works well together.

In addition:

• You are at least 20 years old.
• You have relevant hospitality experience and preferably experience guiding or supervising colleagues.
• You speak English well. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
• You are available for at least six weeks during July and August 2027.
• You are flexible and happy to work weekends and during busy periods.
• You are guest-oriented, responsible and practical.
• You enjoy working in an international environment during the high season.

• Salary. Your gross monthly salary will be between €2,181.66 and €2,221.18.
• Working hours. You will work 32 to 35 hours per week.
• Accommodation. Accommodation on the campsite may be available, allowing you to live close to your workplace during the season.
