Hospitality Internship

Your morning starts with getting the restaurant and terrace ready for the day. You set the tables, welcome the first guests, take orders and serve food and drinks. Later, you might help behind the bar or lend a hand in the kitchen. Before you know it, the terrace is full and you're working together to keep everything running smoothly.

During your internship, you'll get to experience different areas of hospitality. In the kitchen, you'll help with food preparation, prepare dishes and keep everything clean and organised. In the restaurant, you'll welcome guests, take orders and create a friendly atmosphere. You'll also have the chance to gain experience behind the bar, in the snack bar or helping with washing up.

You'll work alongside colleagues who are always happy to help and have plenty of opportunities to discover what you enjoy most. Maybe you're a natural in the kitchen, love serving guests or simply enjoy the variety. Every day is different, and together you'll make sure everything runs smoothly.

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne. Surrounded by green hills and charming historic buildings, guests come here to enjoy nature, relaxation and plenty of holiday fun. The highlight is Aquapark la Pique, featuring four swimming pools and three water slides. Our hospitality, entertainment, reception, housekeeping, maintenance and grounds teams work together all year round to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

The atmosphere at the campsite is friendly and welcoming. We work as one team, look out for each other and value everyone's ideas. There's always something fun happening, and you'll work alongside Dutch and international colleagues. It's a real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

• You're at least 18 years old.
• You're studying hospitality, catering, culinary arts or a related subject.
• You speak Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• You're looking for an internship during or around the summer holidays.
• You're enthusiastic, guest-focused and enjoy hands-on work.

During your internship, you'll discover how a hospitality operation at a holiday park works. You'll learn how to welcome guests, take orders, prepare and serve dishes, and stay organised even during busy moments.

You'll also develop your teamwork skills in an international environment, learn to interact with different guests and gradually take on more responsibility. With plenty of guidance and support, you'll gain practical experience, build your confidence and discover which area of hospitality suits you best.

• An internship allowance of € 590 per month if your internship lasts longer than two months. An allowance for shorter internships may also be possible.
