Yes, visitors are welcome at our holiday parks. Check in at the reception upon arrival and park your car in the general parking area outside the barrier.

You may use the catering facilities and playgrounds. Swimming facilities are usually not accessible to visitors due to limited capacity.

Yes, charging electric cars is possible at all RCN holiday parks. Our park map indicates where you can find a charging station. Payment can be made with either a charging card or a credit card. 

Charging electric cars is only permitted at the parking spaces equipped with the designated charging stations. If you charge your car elsewhere, we will be forced to charge a fine.

Yes, guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are welcome at our holiday parks. You do not pay a pet fee for assistance dogs.

Assistance dogs are allowed in accommodations and on camping pitches where dogs are permitted. In addition, assistance dogs may accompany their owners in most facilities on the park, with the exception of the swimming pool. 

Yes, at all our parks there is free WiFi for an unlimited number of devices. If you want to stream Netflix, YouTube or other platforms, we recommend purchasing the premium WiFi via the MijnRCN app or clicking the pop-up when you access the WiFi.

Note: The WiFi and internet coverage in Germany — due to the park's unique location — is not at the same level as in the Netherlands. At RCN Laacher See we therefore do not offer Premium WiFi. 

At RCN holiday parks a bread delivery service is usually available, at least during the high season and school holidays. You can pre-order rolls such as croissants, pistolets and pain au chocolat via an order form.

You collect the rolls the next morning from opening time. Ask at reception about the options.

Many RCN holiday parks have a snackbar where you can pick up a quick and easy meal, such as fries, snacks and sometimes pizza or ice cream.

During the holiday periods, RCN organizes the Holiday Church at various holiday parks in the Netherlands, France and Germany. These are low-threshold gatherings with room for reflection, music and meeting. Everyone is welcome, young or old and religious or not.

For young children there is often a play corner available during the service. The times and locations can be found in the park's recreation program.

At RCN Jagerstee, Moulin de la Pique and de Noordster, laser tag activities are organized at specific times.

At all Dutch RCN holiday parks and at some parks in France and Germany you can rent bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Depending on the park, different types of bicycles are available, such as city bikes, children's bikes, or e-bikes.

You reserve the bowling lane through the restaurant at the holiday park. This can be done by the hour and is subject to availability.

Some RCN holiday parks have wellness facilities, such as a sauna, hammam, or massage. These facilities are available at RCN Belledonne, Val de Cantobre and La Bastide en Ardèche and can be reserved per hour at the reception.

In addition, some accommodations have private wellness facilities. Check the accommodation page for the available amenities.

If there is a tennis or padel court at the park, you can reserve it by the hour.

Rackets and balls are often available for rent or purchase at the reception. Ask the park about options and availability.
