Yes, visitors are welcome at our holiday parks. Check in at the reception upon arrival and park your car in the general parking area outside the barrier.

You may use the catering facilities and playgrounds. Swimming facilities are usually not accessible to visitors due to limited capacity.

Would you like to stay overnight with someone at the holiday park? Discuss the possibilities with reception.

Yes, charging electric cars is possible at all RCN holiday parks. Our park map indicates where you can find a charging station. Payment can be made with either a charging card or a credit card. 

Charging electric cars is only permitted at the parking spaces equipped with the designated charging stations. If you charge your car elsewhere, we will be forced to charge a fine.

Yes, guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are welcome at our holiday parks. You do not pay a pet fee for assistance dogs.

Assistance dogs are allowed in accommodations and on camping pitches where dogs are permitted. In addition, assistance dogs may accompany their owners in most facilities on the park, with the exception of the swimming pool. 

Yes, at all our parks there is free WiFi for an unlimited number of devices. If you want to stream Netflix, YouTube or other platforms, we recommend purchasing the premium WiFi via the MijnRCN app or clicking the pop-up when you access the WiFi.

Note: The WiFi and internet coverage in Germany — due to the park's unique location — is not at the same level as in the Netherlands. At RCN Laacher See we therefore do not offer Premium WiFi. 

The barrier operates on license plate recognition and is open for entering from 07:00 to 23:00. Exiting is possible 24/7. You can register your license plate in advance via MijnRCN, the Contact Center or the reception.

On arrival the barrier opens automatically by license plate. If this does not work, you can use the access code you received in advance.

Only registered guests have access to the park. Visitors park outside the barrier. Experiencing problems? Use the intercom or contact us. 

Are you experiencing an issue with the facilities of your accommodation or pitch? Please contact the reception. They will assist you further or call in the maintenance team to resolve the problem.

You may encounter a wolf in the Netherlands. That also applies to the natural areas around our holiday parks. However, the chance of encountering a wolf is much greater abroad. There are a number of tips we would like to share — here you can read what you should and should not do if you make eye contact with a wolf.

RCN does not rent medical aids itself. You can, however, arrange for aids such as a wheelchair, adjustable bed or patient lift to be delivered to the holiday park by an external supplier, for example Medipoint.

Notify reception of the delivery in advance. If possible, the aids will be placed in the accommodation before arrival. You are responsible for arranging the order and delivery yourself.

Yes, it is possible to have a (small) package delivered to the holiday park. The reception accepts packages during opening hours.

Inform the reception in advance that you are expecting a package so it is clear who the package is intended for. After delivery you can collect it from the reception.

Is the gas cylinder in your accommodation empty? Then contact the reception. The maintenance team will replace it on site.

Do you need a gas cylinder yourself, for example for a barbecue or caravan? Gas cylinders are available at some parks. Otherwise you can usually go to a campsite shop, supermarket or petrol station in the area.

You can find the current opening hours for each park in the RCN app and on our website. Go to Facilities on your park's page and then click Opening hours. There you will see all current times for the park's facilities in one overview. 

One car per pitch is allowed on the park. This may sometimes not be permitted on the camping field itself, as the fields are car-free. There is a general parking area nearby.

Whether you may have two (or more) cars at an accommodation depends on the number of people in the accommodation. Do you have a 4-person accommodation? Then one car per accommodation is allowed. For an accommodation for 6 (or more) people, two cars are permitted.

Yes, certainly! Every French RCN park is managed by a Dutch management team.

At RCN you can book accommodations for a maximum of 28 consecutive nights. For stays that qualify, a long-stay discount is applied automatically.

Would you like to stay with us for more than 28 nights? This is not possible at every holiday park. Please contact us to discuss the options.
