Route to the park
Transportation in the park
The road and traffic regulations apply to electric means of transport such as fat bikes, quads, e-scooters, e-choppers and motorized quads and mopeds: under 16 years not permitted, over 16 years: all regulations apply, under 25 years Minimum age: ID required, max. 10 km/h and ban at reception and on site.
Apollo, Atlas and Delta chalets
There is a parking space nearby for each chalet. To make it even easier, you can use our luggage carts. With the trolley you can easily transport your luggage to the chalet. We ask that you put the luggage cart back after use so that other guests can also use it. Thank you for your cooperation and we wish you a pleasant stay!

Parking
at the park
Before departure, go to your personal MyRCN and enter your license plate number. Upon arrival you can then drive directly into our park.
Arrival and departure
Important information
CAMPING
Arrival:
On the agreed arrival day, you can occupy the camping pitch after 1:00 PM.
Departure:
On the day of departure, we would like the campingp pitch to be vacated by 12:00 noon.
The camping pitch with private sanitary facilities must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
Setting up at the camping site:
Per pitch 7 persons are allowed including children up to 3 years old.
The following may be placed on our camping pitches:
- One bungalow tent, folding caravan or caravan with awning.
- For a motorhome, we have specific camper pitches.
- Besides the main camping means a maximum of 2 small tents may be placed. Placing an extra tent (max. 5m2) on the pitch is free of charge.
RENTING
Arrival:
On the agreed arrival day, you can occupy the camping pitch after 3:00 PM.
Departure:
On the day of departure, we would like to receive the key back before 10.00 am.
Would you like to check out later? Please ask at the park reception about the possibilities.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning when renting an accommodation is included in the rental price. There are some exceptions, you can find these in the general conditions.
Cot
Have you booked a cot? Due to safety requirements, this will be placed in the booked accommodation without mattress. You need to bring this and bed linen yourself.
The size of the cot for the mattress is 60x120 cm.
Good to know
For a wonderful stay
Visitors
Family and friends are welcome. Overnight visitors should check in at the front desk in advance. Visitors' car can be parked in one of the parking lot(s) outside the barriers.
Pets
Pets, such as a dog, are allowed, leashed and vaccinated (max. 2 per pitch). Surcharge per pet: € 6 per night, per animal. A 2nd pet is allowed on request.
In accommodations only applicable when indicated as pet allowed.
Drinking Water
Your drinking water is tested and monitored in accordance with European regulations and is safe for consumption.
Payment options at the park
If there is an amount outstanding, you must pay this amount upon arrival. You can pay at the park with pin and cash. At the reception we also accept credit cards.
Free WiFi
WiFi is free for all devices.
