The apartment is centrally located in an old mill. It is located in the valley of one of the most beautiful villages (Belvès) of the Dordogne. The apartment is fully restored, equipped with every comfort and has a private veranda. Apartment Trémolat can be rented all year round, whether for a short stay or a longer period.

 

Kitchen

The apartment has a spacious kitchen. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a 4-ring ceramic cooktop, a fridge, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a sink with mixer tap.

 

Living room

A spacious living room equipped with comfortable furniture.

 

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms, one bedroom on the ground floor with double box-spring (180x200) bed and private bathroom. The other bedrooms have two box-spring beds (90x200).

 

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, two separate sinks and a towel dryer.

 

Outside

There is a large communal terrace overlooking the water.

 

Internet and TV

You can use the Wi-Fi for free. The apartment is equipped with a television with Dutch, French, and German channels.

 

Miscellaneous

The laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is shared with the 3 apartments in the same building.
