How does the Young Families midweek package work and how do I get a discount?
Get away affordably with the family thanks to the midweek package. You receive a 20% discount on a stay of 3 or 4 nights (on weekdays) and benefit from fun extras, such as free poffertjes, a gift for the children, and a free baby cot and high chair.
Booking is easy: use the promo code gezin during booking and the discount will be applied automatically. This package is specially for families with children up to and including 10 years old.
How does camping with the ANWB Campingkey or CampingCard ACSI work at RCN?
With the ANWB Campingkey Europe or CampingCard ACSI you can camp affordably at RCN from €19,- per night (excl. tourist tax). This rate applies to a standard pitch including 2 people, 1 pet, electricity and 1 car. Regular rates apply for additional persons.
You can use this rate by showing your card upon arrival at the campsite. Advance reservations can be made by phone at 085 0400 700. The offer is valid at all RCN campsites in the Netherlands (except RCN Toppershoedje), France and Germany. Read here for more about the validity periods at our campsites.
How does the RCN Friends Benefit work and can I use it without a smartphone?
The RCN Friends Benefit is personal and linked to your email address. All bookings made with this email address count towards your level and corresponding discounts. Don't have an email address? We will then use the details from your guest card in the reservation system.
Don't have a smartphone? No problem. The reception at the holiday park can print your unique barcode with customer number. With this barcode you can use personal offers at the park. You can find your level and offers in the RCN app, in MijnRCN or via the reception of one of the RCN Holiday Parks.
It is not possible to make a booking for someone else using your RCN Friends Benefit.
How do I use my promo code?
At RCN Holiday Parks you can take advantage of the best offers all year round. This allows you to always enjoy peace and space at a great price. To make it easy for you we have listed all current offers and promo codes, which you can find here.
You can enter the promo code in the "who is coming" step by clicking “Click here if you have a promo code”. The discount or package is calculated immediately after entering the promo code.
If this does not work, the booking may not fall within the promotional period. You can easily find this in the applicable terms and conditions of the promotion.

How do the discounts and offers of the RCN Friends Benefit work?
Booking discounts from the RCN Friends Benefit are generally combinable with other discounts, unless otherwise stated on the website. Discounts and offers on the park, for example in hospitality outlets, cannot be combined with other promotions.
Park offers are not automatically applied. For this you show your RCN app or a printed barcode with customer number. Did you forget to log in while booking and therefore miss your discount? Then contact us.
Payments
Does the website show me a transparent total price immediately, or are there additional costs later?
On our website we show transparent prices. This means that we display the total price to you immediately, including all mandatory costs such as tourist tax based on the travel composition entered in the filter. Any extras that you can optionally add later according to your preferences, or for example a travel or cancellation insurance, can be added in the add-on step and will be included in the calculation from that moment on.
Are you booking accommodation* at one of our holiday parks in the Netherlands? Then the price quote also includes bed linen and final cleaning. *excluding some camping accommodations
How can I pay and where can I find my outstanding payments?
You can pay via iDeal, credit card, or bank transfer/invoice. Are you booking more than 6 weeks before arrival? Then you pay in 2 installments: the first installment within 2 weeks after booking and the second installment no later than 4 weeks before arrival. Are you booking within 6 weeks of arrival? Then you pay the full amount in a single payment.
In the MijnRCN environment you will find under Payments an overview of outstanding amounts and you can pay directly via iDeal or credit card. Only when you book less than 2 days before arrival can you also pay on arrival at the park.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
If you book well in advance, you usually pay in two instalments. If you book shortly before arrival, you pay the full amount in one go. What is required for your booking can be found in the booking confirmation.
You can find your outstanding payments and payment instalments in MijnRCN. If you do not pay on time, you will automatically receive a payment reminder.
Payments via iDeal/Wero and credit card are processed almost immediately. A bank transfer can take several working days.
Where can I find the terms and conditions?
Will I receive a payment confirmation and what should I do if my payment is not visible?
Yes, you will always receive a payment confirmation by email. Payments via iDeal and Credit Card are processed immediately and are visible right away in the MijnRCN environment. A payment by bank transfer can take up to 2 business days. Transfers made over the weekend will be visible at the latest on Tuesday.
Is your payment visible in the MijnRCN environment? Then the payment was successful and you do not need to do anything further. Do you not see the payment? Then please contact us.
