Fantastic campsite

We had a brilliant time visiting the gorges, and the campsite was fantastic with a beautiful pool and lounging area by the bar. Lots of sporting facilities for the children and great hospitality. I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic stay

From the minute we arrived to check in, we received great service. Gin was on her 2nd day when we arrived and she is a credit to your team, friendly and helpful. The toilets, showers and sink areas were immaculate. The only feedback I have it that the shower rooms are very cold at the time we visited, not the water but the actual area, would be great to have a sliding door to keep the heat in the room with all the showers. The pool and the bar area are lovely. By far our favourite site that we stayed on our in the south of France.

PERFECT PLUS

Everybody was friendly and nice, food at the restaurant was very good and so the drinks! The camping itself is a paradise, including the “cascade”. I would recommend it and come back as soon as possible!

Eager to try another RCN park!

Me and my wife had a short but nice stay at RCN Les Collines de Castellane. The tent was very spacious and clean, the surroundings were beautiful and the position of the park was strategic for visiting the Verdon canyons/lakes. We stayed for a couple of nights in the last opening week of the park, so maybe hospitality was not as good and welcoming as we were expecting, but overall our experience was super good! We will definitely come back at RCN.

Fun camping holiday at lovely relaxed campsite

We had a lovely time at this campsite. The pitch was very spacious and it is set in such a beautiful surrounding with mountains and trees every way that you look. The pool is so lovely - our children had so much fun. The staff were incredibly friendly. We’ve met lots of Dutch people beforehand on holiday in France but have never stayed on a Dutch campsite before. The people are soooo friendly and fun to meet and talk to. Our children made some wonderful friends from the Netherlands at this campsite. We were the only English people there sometimes but it didn’t matter at all. The Dutch are so brilliant at speaking English. Puts us to shame really. We can speak French quite well but didn’t really have cause to use it here 😂😂 There is a lovely play area and lots of places to play sports with friends and family in the cooler parts of the day. My only criticism would be that our shower block was not very clean at times and it is a bit dated/in need of repair. The shower block at the top of the campsite is newer and really nice so it might be worth updating the other shower block too? The restaurant and pool snack bar serves lovely food and drinks. We ate at the restaurant twice and really loved the food. Thank you for a lovely holiday. We camped in a tent as we were in a bit of a budget this year but would definitely consider a chalet or lodge at an RCN site next time.

Perfect view

Really nice site - We had a chalet with The perfect view over The mountains. The interiour was up-to-date and very welcoming and The staff were super helpful and smiling. We would definitely come back and also recommend this to other families. A bit far from supermarket and city-life, but The authentic feeling of Living in The mountains.

Ideal centre for sightseeing

An excellent 10 days in one of the cabins. The staff are really friendly and all speak English which a bonus. The pool is great and surprisingly warm however I think it might get a bit busy in high season. The cabin we had was great, modern and well cared for. It is steep terraced site, so walking up the hill for bread in the morning was a challenge for me in me in my 70's but doable, if I did need a few minutes before talking to the shop assistant. Ideally located for the French Alps and the coast even if were disappointed with Cannes. Castellane is a lovely little town with everything you need. The highlight of this area is the scenery which is outstanding

Lovely weekend in Castellane

I spent a weekend at the Castellane camping with a couple of friends and our stay was lovely. The caping seems to be brand new and our tent was really nice the swimming pool is amazing

Lovely quiet place with perfect service

We spent here only 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. At the middle of June campsite was calm, in the middle of beautiful nature, with warm days to enjoy sitting on the porch and swiming in the pool but with fresh nights when the AC is not neccessary. Our mobilheim was very clean, 3 bedrooms for 4 People gave our family enough room to have comfortable stay. Porch was perfect for dinning and enjoying evenings with fromage&wine. All the stuff was very nice and helpful, they let us to postpone check out till 11 am so we didnt have to leave in rush. We absolutely loved our short stay and plan to come back.

Two nights close to the Gorges of Verdon

The camping is located about 5km from Castellane, traditional starting point for the route of the Gorges of Verdon. We rented a mobile house for 4 people and we found it clean and with alla the facilities and plants perfectly working. It is provided also of tools for dishes and final cleanings. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee machines perfectly working. The common spaces are clean and cured, The staff is friendly and kind. In the camping are present a restaurant, a pub and a mini-shop. Prices are excellent!

RCN holiday park

This is lovely holiday park of which I had one critisem . No hand rail on the steps to our cabin. I injured my leg on our holiday and found it difficult ,almost dangerous climbing the steps into the cabin
