Assistant Hospitality Manager

As an assistant hospitality manager, you are the main point of contact on the work floor. You ensure everything runs smoothly and guests receive great service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the hospitality team.
• Working on the floor in the restaurant and kitchen.
• Ensuring fast and high-quality service.
• Supporting inventory management.
• Assisting with staff planning.
• Monitoring hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Contributing ideas to improve performance and revenue.

You combine leadership with hands-on work and keep overview during busy periods.

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have experience in hospitality, preferably in a leadership role.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility.

• You speak English (French is a bonus).
• You are available from April until October.
