Assistant restaurant manager (Season 2026)

You are the first point of contact for our guests and the hospitality team. Providing the best service is your top priority as an assistant hospitality manager. In this role, you handle all routine tasks in the restaurant and kitchen. You lead the team and know how to motivate them to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining a friendly and positive team atmosphere. You assist with inventory management, help create work schedules, and ensure that everyone adheres to HACCP regulations. You proactively contribute ideas to increase revenue. As a hospitality supervisor, you also work on the floor as a team leader. In short, this role offers a lot of variety, and no two days are the same!

RCN Domaine de la Noguière is located close to the French Rivièra. It is the most French of RCN’s parks with many French guests who lend it the typical, cozy French atmosphere. The environment offers exactly the right mix of what makes Provence such a magnificent holiday destination. Authentic fishing villages, sunflower fields and cities like Cannes, Nice and Monaco in the neighbourhood. Or you can go on a boat trip to Saint-Tropez, the summer destination for famous jet-setters from all over the world.

• You are at least 21 years old;

• You have experience in the hospitality industry, including in a supervisory role;

• You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work well under pressure;

• You speak Dutch and English (knowledge of French is not required, but is a plus);

• You are available from April to October.

Working as an assistant restaurant manager at RCN is good for:

• Your wallet. Your working conditions are in accordance with the French collective labour agreement for camp sites, called HPA (Hôtellerie de Plein Air). Your salary is from €1827 per month, depending on your knowledge and experience (based on 35 hours per week);
