Are you that energetic hospitality professional with leadership experience who always welcomes our guests with a big smile? Is hospitality in your DNA, and are you always ready to assist our guests? Then you are the perfect Lounge & Snack-Bar Manager!
You are the first point of contact for our guests and the lounge team. You lead the team and know how to motivate them so that everything runs smoothly, while maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere. You assist with stock management, help create work schedules, and ensure that everyone follows HACCP regulations. You also think proactively about activities that can increase revenue. As Lounge Manager, you also work alongside the team on the floor when needed.
In short, a varied role where no two days are the same! You prepare hot and cold lunch dishes, serve delicious ice cream, and make drinks and cocktails for guests by the pool. In the evenings, guests can enjoy the takeaway options, ranging from pizzas to fries and snacks. You work in a lively environment with music and cheerful guests. During the summer months, the TV is on for the Tour de France or other sporting events. In short, you get to fully experience the sunny French summer atmosphere here!
RCN Domaine de la Noguière is located close to the French Riviera. It is RCN’s most French campsite, with many local guests creating that typical, cozy French atmosphere. The surroundings offer just the right mix of what makes Provence such a delightful holiday destination: authentic fishing villages, sunflower fields, and cities like Cannes, Nice, and Monaco nearby. Or take a boat trip to Saint-Tropez, the ultimate summer destination for famous jetsetters from around the world. Our Dutch and international colleagues from the hospitality, recreation, reception, cleaning, technical, and landscaping departments work together to create unforgettable holiday experiences here!
You are at least 18 years old.
You have experience in the hospitality industry; leadership experience and knowledge of snack bar operations are a plus.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and can handle stress well.
You speak English (knowledge of French is not required, but is a plus).
You are available for at least 6 weeks in July and August.

Earning in holiday spirit. Your employment conditions follow the French campsite collective agreement, called HPA (Hôtellerie de Plein Air). Depending on your knowledge and experience, your salary starts from €1,948 gross per month (based on a 35-hour workweek).
