RCN le Moulin de la Pique | Campingpitch with private facilities

If you're looking for the luxury of your own shower, toilet and sink on your pitch, choose one with the new private toilet facilities.  The pitches are also extra spacious and there is a 10 amp electricity connection.

 

Please note: these pitches cannot be booked under camping card terms and conditions. A supplement will be charged, the amount of which will depend on the seasonal rate.

A beautiful place
We had some very nice days at this camping site. The pitches were great and the view at the small lake was fine, we loved it here!

Large pitch but the private facilities were a let down
The private facilities are an excellent idea, however, due to the weather they were too hot to use most of the time. They were lovely and clean. The shower was excellent. They need a different roof on to prevent the heat being too high inside the hut. Everyone around us left the door open whilst they were on the pitch. We had a similar experience with our Conservatory at home and had an extra roof put on which kept the light in but allowed it to be cool in summer and warm in winter. I know it is an added expense but I am sure that it would benefit the site in the long run

A most enjoyable stay. Certainly family focused and child friendly - but not something that we have to consider any more! Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Close to the very end of the season so cafe/restaurant opening times were somewhat reduced. We came in a camper van and hired a self-contained welfare pod - most welcome! Its a good location for tourist visits into the Dordoyne and an acceptable walk to the local village [Belves] for bars/restaurants. We'd certainly come again, but likely mid Sept i.e. once schools back and ensuring more local facilities were open.
