A satisfied guest, that’s our aim. And nothing less. But sometimes, something does go wrong. And you’re the victim of that. Of course, that shouldn’t happen.

What now?

We’re happy to resolve your complaint. If you’re still at our park, we advise you to visit the reception desk immediately. If you’re not at the park or if the problem hasn’t yet been resolved sufficiently, please contact the Contact Center.
