Can I change my booking?

You can book extra items in the MyRCN area, but if you want to change details like pitch location, accommodation, number of people or pets, etc., get in touch with our Contact Centre on 085 0400 700.

How can I change my address?

You can enter your new address when making your online booking. As long as the surname and e-mail address are the same as what we have on record for you, the address will be amended on your guest card automatically. You can also telephone us with your new address on 085 0400 700 or you can give it to us at reception in one of our parks. It is not possible to amend it yourself in the MyRCN area.

 

Can I change the location of my holiday?

You can switch the location of your holiday to one of our other parks free of charge* by geting in touch with our Contact Centre on 085 0400 700.

 

*Subject to availability and only for the same dates. There will only be extra costs if there is a difference in price for the new accommodation. No refund is made if the new booking is cheaper, however. Free booking changes do not apply in Villapark Sneekermeer, the water homes in the Potten and the Heidebloem holiday home in the Roggeberg.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours. To amend your booking, get in touch with the Contact Centre at contact@rcn.nl or on at 085 085 700. After 48 hours, the terms and conditions of the Dutch association for the water sport and recreation industry (RECRON) apply.
