Kitchen Employee

You keep the kitchen running. You prepare dishes from the RCN menu, deep-fry snacks, make pizzas and serve guests at the snack bar. Together with your team you make sure the mise en place is ready so everything is in place at the right moment. Cleaning according to HACCP guidelines and doing the dishes are part of the job too. When things get busy elsewhere on the park, you pitch in with another department and get to know the park from all sides.

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne, the land of a thousand and one castles, surrounded by rolling green valleys and magnolias. The showpiece is Aquapark la Pique, a water park with four swimming pools and three spectacular water slides. Park management speaks Dutch, and together with Dutch and international colleagues from catering, recreation, reception, housekeeping, technical services and green maintenance, you create unforgettable holiday experiences.

The atmosphere on the park is warm and informal. You really do it together, pitch in across teams when needed, and there is always something fun going on. The teams are diverse: you work with Dutch and international colleagues. A real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have experience in the kitchen or want to gain this experience at RCN.
• You speak English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a nice bonus.
• You are available for at least six weeks in July and August.

• Salary from € 1.827 gross per month, in accordance with the French camping collective agreement (HPA), depending on knowledge and experience.
