Receptionist

You are the first point of contact for our guests and you do not wait for them to come to you. You seek out contact yourself, check how their stay is going and spot where you can make just that little bit of difference. You process reservations, answer emails and phone calls, manage check-in and check-out and provide guests with all the information they need about the park and the surrounding area. Front office and back office alternate and when things get busy elsewhere on the park you pitch in with another department. You multitask, set priorities and take responsibility, because that is exactly what makes this job so varied and enjoyable. The days fly by and no two days are the same.

RCN le Moulin de la Pique is a five-star campsite on a historic estate in the Dordogne, the land of a thousand and one castles, surrounded by rolling green valleys and magnolias. The showpiece is Aquapark la Pique, a water park with four swimming pools and three spectacular water slides. Park management speaks Dutch, and together with Dutch and international colleagues from catering, recreation, reception, housekeeping, technical services and green maintenance, you create unforgettable holiday experiences.

There is always something fun going on and you work with a diverse team of Dutch and international colleagues. You get that holiday feeling yourself too, even when you are working.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have experience in front office or back office, or want to gain this at RCN.
• You find it natural to approach guests yourself rather than waiting for them to ask something.
• You speak English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a nice bonus.
• You are available for at least six weeks in July and August.

• Salary from € 1.827 gross per month, in accordance with the French camping collective agreement (HPA), depending on knowledge and experience.
