When and how can I pay?

You can pay by iDEAL, credit card or invoice. If you book more than six weeks in advance, you can pay in two installments. The first installment must be paid within two weeks of the booking. The second installment must be paid at least four weeks before arrival. If you book less than six weeks in advance, you pay the full amount in one installment.

Will I receive confirmation of payment for my booking?

Yes, payments via iDEAL and credit card are processed straightaway and you receive immediate confirmation. These payments also appear immediately in the MyRCN area.


Confirmation of bank transfers is sent within two days. Bank transfers can also be seen in the MyRCN area immediately after processing. Transfers made at the weekend therefore appear in the MyRCN area no later than Tuesday.

Is there an overview of what I still have to pay?

You can see an overview of outstanding payments by logging in to the MyRCN area. If you select your booking and then your payments, you can see which amount is still outstanding. You can then easily make payment by iDEAL or credit card.

Can I pay on arrival at the park?

Only if you book less than two days before arrival, otherwise you just pay by iDEAL.

The payment that I thought I’d just made doesn’t seem to have gone through. What can I do?

If you can see the payment in your MyRCN area, then it has gone through and no further action is necessary.
